Return Policy

You have a window of 30 days from your purchase date to initiate a return. After this 30-day period has passed, we regret to inform you that we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging.

To process your return, you must provide a valid receipt or proof of purchase.

Refund Process: Upon receiving and reviewing your returned item, we will notify you by email about the status of your return. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within a set number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund, please first check your bank account. Next, reach out to your credit card company, as the refund may take some time to appear on their end. After that, contact your bank, as they may have additional processing times.
